WATCH: Man with world’s longest Manhood refuses reduction, as he prefers being famous

54-year-old Roberto Esquivel Cabrera, from Saltillo, Mexico, has a penis measuring a record-breaking 18.9 inches.

The man with the world’s longest penis has revealed what his daily life is like, as he rejected the possibility of having a reduction.

He made headlines worldwide in 2015 after a video went viral showing him weighing his manhood to prove its authenticity.

Measuring half-metre, the ungodly size of Cabrera’s penis dwarfs the previous record-holder’s of
American Jonah Falcon previously claimed to have the largest known phallus — which reportedly measured 9.5 inches flaccid, and 13.5 inches when erect.

Nonetheless, Cabrera says he’s being shafted by the Guinness Book of World Records. The reference book doesn’t recognize penis size.

"I am happy with my penis, I know nobody has the size I have. I would like to be in the Guinness Book of Records but they don’t recognise this record."

He doesn't want reduction

But that’s the least of Cabrera’s problems. Doctors have advised him to reshape his penis due to lingering health concerns.

Doctor Jesus David Salazar Gonzalez said: “We have advised him 'Mr Roberto, the best thing for you is that the doctors give a normal shape to your penis so that it doesn’t hurt you, in order to have sexual relationships, in order to have children.'

"But he doesn’t accept it, he’d rather have a penis bigger than the rest of the people.

According to the UK’s Mirror, Cabrera suffers from frequent urinary tract infections. He's forced to keep his gigantic penis wrapped to prevent chafing.

He is also unable to sleep chest down and has to put his penis on its own pillow to escape discomfort during the night.

An active sex life is also off limits for Roberto as his penis has too much girth to have intercourse.

He also fears being sacked by prospective employers because he can’t fit into uniforms, kneel or move quickly.

The least of his worries, he says, is sleeping with women.

While doctors have offered him a better sex life, Cabrera sees his elongated members as an asset.

"I would like to be a porn star and I think I would make a lot of money over there,” he said, according to the Mirror. He 

has what producers are looking for.

That’s not to say Cabrera’s extraordinary penis is entirely natural. Reports say he stretched his half-metre member using weights as a teenager.

Dr Jesus David Salazar Gonzalez said: "He was obsessed with the penis length.

“He began with this enlargement since he was a teenager, wrapping some bands around his penis with some weights and trying to stretch it."
