Carina,23 years-old, from Taiwan, has over 260,000 followers despite having only posted 64 snaps,want to know the reason?
She is the full-time medical professional and an Instagram star thanks to her sexy snaps that show off her fabulous figure, usually hidden under her nurses uniform.
She faces a lot of criticism but the Taiwanese beauty says she is not motivated by fame, and posts the sexy snaps just because its what makes her happy.
"I'm not taking pictures because I'm trying to be famous,” she told Stomp.
"I am me, I do things that make me feel happy, I don't think that I am anything special or extraordinary, I am just someone leading an ordinary life.
Carina believes any criticism is purely down to jealously over her shape.
"You are just miserably behind your screen, being jealous that other people's lives are more fulfilling than yours." Carina added.

In one of the posts showing herself in nursing uniform, Carina wrote “You can criticize me privately, that is your freedom of speech, but I can not stand you questioning my nursing profession. #Iamanursingteacher #nursingismyskill #caringismyprofession.”
